Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange, refund or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. 

In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping & taxes will be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.

We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We strive our best to provide the finest quality products to you however in case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you.
